We are a member of the strong industrial group CE Industries. Our team consists of experts in the field of restructuring companies and entities in trouble. We focus on traditional Czech industrial production with the aim of preserving it for future generations.

We mainly focus on tolling projects. This is input financing, where the purchase of material is covered by a third party independent of the manufacturing company, which usually cannot pay for the material itself. The tolling company uses funds from a bank loan to purchase input material, have it produced in a production company into finished products, and then sell them to customers.

In 2022, we started cooperation with VÍTKOVICE STEEL a.s. in the area of ​​thick hot-rolled sheets. We took over the financing of the supply chain of the material and subsequently the portfolio of customers in the area of ​​sheet metal and the associated financing of the relevant receivables.

On the basis of a tolling agreement, we have been a partner of TP Insolvency since August 2024, the insolvency administrator of LIBERTY Ostrava, which has been in bankruptcy since June 2024. At the Ostrava smelter, after more than a year's shutdown, we were able to restart the operations of the flat product rolling mills and the pipe mill. Thanks to tolling cooperation, we preserved 1,350 jobs at these operations. The traditional Czech production of guardrails and steel pipes in Ostrava thus continues thanks to the entry of VMT.   Our current product portfolio consists of hot-rolled thick quarto sheets and products from the workshop of the Liberty Ostrava smelter, such as pipes for use in various industries and flat rolled products.
